Referral bonus is a 'SCAM'. I referred a friend, and my friend even shopped and completed her first shopping trip from her account within 2 days. However, Neither my friend nor I have ever received referral bonus in our respective accounts. While checking our accounts it showed that it has been credited but later the amount has been removed. Its some kind of cheap trick to add more customers and I have stopped using Rakuten for their dishonesty. Should rather be using others for their transparency with their customers!
