Was she warned? If not, then it isn’t a technical. It’s a red that doesn’t know the rules. Not the first time. From the NCAA: “Women's basketball players judged to have flopped will be issued a warning on the first offense, with a technical foul being charged for any subsequent infractions, beginning in the 2023-24 season. The NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel approved the new rule during a virtual meeting Thursday.”

This is pretty subtle compared to what I see them typically letting go in ncaa. Men have that tendency to drive the lane and flip their head back like some sort of handicapped child. Everyone knows they are acting for the foul and I have yet to see the refs implement the new rule.

It can be called as a Delay of Game. Usually they are warned. Such as slapping a ball that is still in the hands of the player on an out of bounds pass in.
