Best drummer Prince ever had in my opinion

Saw J.B at The London Drum Show..Before he played he told the story of Jia his daughter that drowned..He said he wanted to totally quit music altogether but he realised his daughter always loved to see him play and was always there supporting him either from side stage or loving what he did..So that was why he carried on playing..Had Sabian name his cymbal range as the Jia range..Everyone was in bits and he got a standing ovation before he hit a drum..He stood there at the end of his story and said she's here tonight..She's always with me..Looked up and blew her a kiss and said Daddy lives you Baby 😢..The place was in bits..But how humble to share that story with everyone..I loved him even more from that moment..R.I.p J.B and Jia..x

I want to let everybody know that I saw this man with Prince when they played in Nashville and during the drum solo he brought the house down THREE TIMES. I've never seen that before or since....people were falling out in their chairs over it. It was the best concert I've ever seen and John your solo was one of the best parts of it. Every time I talk to people about the best concert I've ever been to I tell them it was seeing Prince and I tell them about the drum solo. It was I'm not a drummer but seeing that made me want to do something at that level that inspires other people the way you inspired and continue to inspire me. I pray for your speedy recovery John...take the time you need to care for yourself and see you soon!
