I can't use the 2nd fan it came with in my Meshify C case, so I bought a Noctua NF-A12x25 to be the 2nd fan for my Noctua NH-D15.
I used my Google Pixel 3 to record this video.

The other arrow indicates the direction of rotation. I was looking at doing just this for my new sleeper build. Thanks for the video.

I replaced the two included A15 fans with two A12x25 LS-PWM fans. The A15 140mm fans would buzz even with the Low Noise adapter. But the smaller 120mm fans at 1000-1200rpm max is much quieter and CPU temps aren't any higher.

one arrow means airflow direction, the other arrow means fan rotating direction.

Cool work. I have the same issue and been thinking about getting that fan too. I just ordered it and will be putting it on in a few days :)

Hi may i ask have you tried with original 140mm x2 vs 1 with 140 and one with that, which combination have better performance

I have the NH-D15S version that only has a 140mm fan, would it gain in temperature if I purchased a second 120mm fan doing the push in pull?

My DH15 stock fan is oddly loud. I'm thinking about replacing it with either 1 or 2 NF-A12x25 fans.

Does anybody have a cromax black d15 or a black d15s they can post a video of with an outer Noctua black 12mm fan? Trying to see what it would look like?
Also if I got a D15s and added another 12mm outer fan, would Vengeance Pro RBG fit underneath the 12mm fan? If not, what about if you move the fan up a little?
If anybody could post a video of that as well, I’d greatly appreciate it.

The problem with the stock fan not fitting over the ram has nothing to do with the case.
