The Megan’s law lyric could’ve been directed at anyone but Nicki responded by going on a 72+ hour rampage on Twitter. The thing is I would’ve never known the song Hiss existed if it weren’t for Nicki giving it free promotion and attention. As they saying goes “a hit dog will holler”

The divorce info is actually really sad. Like you get married to someone you want to spend the rest of your life with, but the harassment is so bad that you get a divorce — not because you don’t want to be together, but because of actual outside forces poisoning the you you have.

Yuzuru Hanyu breaking off his marriage due to media harassment is so sad when you think about how he is essentially being (unwillingly) treated like Japanese idol. The media coverage has widely been negative because idol culture is so toxic that when idols so much as interact with the opposite sex they get death threats and harassment campaigns launched against them. Most idols even have clauses in their contracts that prohibit them from being in a relationship.
