0:00 Intro
0:05 The engine blew up because it was most likely spinning at 12000 - 15000 RPM. An easy way to explain this. I believe the Toyota Corolla redlines at around 6500 RPM. So if the vehicle was in 1st gear, and they were towing it behind their RV on the highway at 70 mph (112 km/h), that engine must have been spinning really fast since it was in first gear. An engine in a Toyota Corolla is definitely not made to spin that quickly lol. Probably didn't take long for it to blow out some inspection holes out of the block and oil pan.
0:25 Well it looks like this vehicle just got t-boned so I'm surprised it's in for an alignment. Usually, you'd have a body shop inspect your vehicle after an accident, not get a shop to do an alignment. But not sure about the full story, unfortunately.
0:35 Mechanic said: "Customer come in with a list of complaints and ask for an alignment".
0:44 If you have a bad wheel bearing, don't keep driving. This was a Ford Ranger (didn't get the year, but it's an older one from the looks of it).
The customer approved the repairs for all new parts on this Ranger, from what I was told.
0:56 Well this is unfortunate for the customer. Hopefully the tow truck company will pay for the damage. Take a look at how bent the inner and outer tie rod ends are. Ouch!
1:22 Diesel in a gasoline vehicle is not as bad as gasoline in a diesel vehicle. You never want to put gas in a diesel vehicle. Luckily this customer should be good to go once the diesel/gas fuel is used up.
1:39 Diesel in a washer fluid reservoir. Now that's a first.
1:46 I wasn't told the issue with this steering wheel but the mechanic said he just replaced the hydraulic power steering rack (so maybe he got some lines switched around?).
2:01 Some squirrels are going to be pissed off after loosing their winter stash. I'm surprised this drove in lol.
2:18 A very very rusty lower control arm on this 2005 Nissan Pathfinder caused it to be pretty bouncy on the drivers side rear. Customer is lucky that did not break on them while they were driving.
2:42 Gross lol.
2:48 I think I can smell the photos, wow. Seen a vehicle this bad before?
3:02 Outro. Thanks for watching!
