Morimoto Mini H1 7.0 with 4500k 55w HID

This is video I just recorded for testing my new lense on car headlight. Installed Morimoto Mini H1 7.0 as my earlier lense burnt out after 5 years. My windshield is slightly tinted so the light throw appears less brighter than actual. The bulb is Morimoto 4500k H1 HID with Morimoto 50w ballast.

Impressive light spread by the lense. Hope you like it.

Happy to see someone has posted this test! I was wondering about 4500k with 55w ballast which effectively give 3500-3800 Kelvin light, good enough for foul weather.

Hi, I've read that 5500k with 55w is too bright and light refelects off the road. What do you think about the 4500k with 55. Is it too yellow or fine? I have blue light sensitivity so want to get something thats bright and balanced.

That's too bright, you see less of the dark area because your eyes will be adjusted to the bright light.
