More like this please! I love how Brad has a lot of these types of "self-help" videos.

I think for many designers and developers out there, knowing that even the best and most knowledgeable among us struggle, and hearing how they deal with it, can be the difference between giving up and pushing through with their new or refreshed outlook.

Endless tutorials are very helpful and all, but sometimes, I think encouragement and new perspectives can be a much bigger help to people learn new skills and/or to just keep on working at it.

Failure is part of the process. The path you build to reach a goal is more important than the goal itself.
Keep doing what you love without looking at others too much. You only need to be better than you were yesterday, not better than someone else.

I can not say I'm an expert, but I studied drums for 6 years. After that, I got into design and code, and I did not play drums professionally. I have some friends drummers who went into musical career as professional drummers, and I know I could have been a professional drummer as well. At first the classes were very difficult, but my teacher helped me a lot and taught me what is persistence.

The psychological moment is most important while you beginning to learn design, i understood that. Almos every week-mounth i wanted to leave design, i had a big problems with ideas and it's really hard work. haeder then in russian militare service.
