The Good Doctor - S5 ep8 - Lea tells Shaun that she's done with apologising to him

Shaun apologises to Lea about what she did. Tells her that he knows she did what she did because she loves him. Lea tells him that she doesn't want to smother him and just wants to help him and be there for him. Shaun questions Lea if she believes that he isn't good enough for her. She tells him that she is trying to help someone that she loves and be there for him like he was there for her. Lea states that she is done with the apologising. She doesn't let him explain to her what he actually meant by what he said. Lea tells him that she doesn't want to marry him and is moving out.

Shaun can't seem to handle Lea's emotional attachment. He still hasn't got over his old grievances. And what Lea can't handle properly is that Shaun isn't really there for her emotionally. They both lack confidence. I hope they can get over that.
