Y'all dumb, remember tina at champs semi she cruised, tia is learning to control the the races and gets out in the finals, ppl saying she lost ofc she did however Alexis was running like it was the finals....


Remember tia is now pro so she is learning and her sister is there to guide her as well

As a former track athlete my coach always had a running strategy. The strategy was not to over exert during qualifying just have a decent time for lane choice. In qualifying you just win to loose where you drop the hammer in the finals. By running all out in qualifying you get early burn out, cramps and fatigue.
