I want to thank you for putting back the love that I had for the Vintage Star War figures. It took a couple of weeks, but I finally finished all of your videos, which were so informative. On the way, I purchased the exact case you have from Collect Displays, I can't wait to receive it so I can organize all my action figures and figure out the ones I need. I also want to thank you for getting ahold of B.F. Displays so they could fix their issue with sending product to the US, so I bought a few to protect some of my carded items. The only thing I regret is not viewing your videos on the two books from Read Five Designs because they completely ran out. But they did say they might do a third publication if the demand is there. So I'm glad you are reviewing this new publication so I can pick up a copy of this one. Lastly, I just had to pick up your grey cap to show it off. Once again, THANK YOU 😊

This is fantastic your pod cast are for the Star wars vintage collectors.i am have been since 1977. I have almost every figure and toy Play set. No vinyl Jawa no amanaman probably won't ever because of the expense. Continue to get your collection. I started in 1977

The history of the Kenner Star Wars line is fascinating for those of us who grew up in the 70's and 80's with those toys. It's especially amazing to me that it all started not far from my home town, right there in Cincinnati, Ohio. Thanks for another fun video!

Nice looking info book 👌 There's a few forgotten books since the early 1990s that's similar to this one. I've had to dig them out and relive them again 🙌 Every book is just as exciting as the last one. Kenner called the 4-LOM character that name because " For the Love Of Money" 🤑 Thanks for your updates 👍

I'm very happy that you highlighted and reviewed this book. I'd seen it around in images and online but hadn't really checked it out.

Having been a collector since the beginning, I've purchased so many books over the years about our hobby. After having received the mega Bible this past spring from ReadFive, I didn't think I'll be purchasing another book that focused on figures anytime soon.

But I was happy to find that this book was as much about the Kenner company as it was about the figures. I would definitely like to get a copy of this now.

I checked out the link and found that the book would be around €92 shipped to me - half of that being the book cost and the other half shipping. Well that's a steep price, I do think that it is well worth it though after hearing your review and hope to add it to my collection sometime soon.

Thanks again Joey, I can't wait to get this in my collection and read the fantastic story that's enclosed between the book covers.

I just received that book earlier this week. I originally thought it would just be a book that lists the entire run of vintage Star Wars toys, but was pleasantly surprised at what it really is. You are correct, it’s a story, but also so much more. This only enhanced my love for the toys and desire to collect it all myself.

BTW, have you seen the author’s dioramas online? They are amazing!
