As soon as i started listening to this story i recalled of a similar story that had happened in mauritius when i was there. In that case the shop owner himself had done the act of fooling an old lady who had won rs 7 million which is equivalent of nearly 14 million indian rupees. He had given the old lady rs200 only as winning amount. The shopkeeper is now in jail.
