Hello! Please make a video about cervical kyphosis (military neck). I have that along with scapular winging. My right shoulder and neck hurts a lot. I think that my right scapula is very unstable and my right shoulder is higher than my left. There is also less range of motion. I went to PT and they gave me door exercises and rubber bands (they help for some time) but after sitting to do a task my neck and shoulders burned like fire. Sad upper body (also have mild scoliosis).
