It's called implicit, runtime typing. That's the JavaScript methodology and the ability to use var in C# as well is the same way where it is basically automatically and in delayed fashion, the variable is typed whenever the first data type gets assigned to it, and that's when it automatically types the variable and allocates the memory addresses it previously reserved. Gotta love run-time, interpreted development frameworks, and automated garbage collection; most of the time.
