For those complaining that he talk too fast, Remember you can lower your playback speed for a slower pace. Either way you're channel is among of of the best for learning russian. Great job

I replayed it many many times, firstly I tried to catch some words, secondly i wrote down what i understood while you're talking
then i listened to you again and filled the blanks that lack the words i don't understand or couldnt write, then i listened again and do shadowing, repeat what you said, lastly i write the definitions of new words.
