The story of Altair is the most heart wrenching among all the assassins. He struggled his whole life for love and peace but never truly found them. He was always betrayed in the end. He died so the creed may live.

The fact that Altaïr, is the only assassin's Creed character who have the same outfit of the other assassins, and litteraly grow knowing this only life and still being the second best assassins Creed protagonist is really impressing, all the character who have the same backstory of him are side character in the franchise After that

This game. Assassin's Creed Revelations. Was a part of when my franchise. Our franchise. Was full of heart of soul, story, and cared for the fans. It is so sad to see how corporate greed took over so many things we loved, destroying it in front of our eyes. Like Assassin's Creed. Very few remain unfazed. These memories will forever be in our hearts. May Assassins Creed, and all other franchises we loved then, one day become free from corporate greed.

AC’s Desmond story games had some AMAZING story within the plot! (I haven’t played past Syndacite personally so I’m not as familiar with the newer games) Altair and Ezio’s stories went SO emotionally hard and felt so good, even with the more “simplified” movements/controls!
