So my English teacher is artsy fartsy, overly dramatic and in depth. She asked us what we thought happiness was. She called on me and I told her dopamine and oxytocin. Logic brah.

I knew the smile thing, and it's awesome!  When I'm feeling sad or depressed, I just force myself to smile for a few minutes and I usually, quite quickly, start feeling better and actual temporarily forget what was bothering me in the first place.
