my game is so hard to handle- Im so upset because not only did it delete ALL my custom content that I spent weeks working on, but it deleted my favorite family. it also RESETS every other family I do and I'm really upset. do you think you could do a separate video on fixing this?

Can I just say a massive thank you! My laptop has nearly gone through my window! My cc I’m too scared to add the old as many were broken but now I can download all new inc hair, clothes and everything household! Something I have been meaning to do for a long time!! OMG THANK YOU 😭❤️ you literally saved me so much stress and you saved my game. I thought I wouldn’t be able to play with cc or mods again, I was so worried. I tried enabling custom content multiple times but it was registering and then I looked at the “view custom content” and there was nothing there but when I looked at the computer everything was in the folder. Tried hitting the “Repair” option, didn’t work. Then I deleted those three files from my Sims folder and bam everything is working just like it should!! The custom content start up screen finally popped up and all my Sims have their cc on. Thank you so much, love. You’re absolutely amazing for uploading this video. ❤️
