• Give undivided attention to my word (The Bible)

- give total attention without distractions, God is speaking to you!

• Incline your ear to my teachings!

- Have an Attitude of humility when studying the word!

• Never let my teachings depart from your eyes!

- Focus wholeheartedly on the word of God only! Don’t let anyone turn you away!
The ear & eye gates, be delivered about what you put into your mind & heart ❤️ guard your heart with all your strength coz it determines the course of your life!

As far as I can only speak of my own brief experience, first I was agitated greatly when my walk began, it's taken nearly 2 very long years and now I am amazed. Every day is a battle of discipline though I'm the happiest man on earth, pray for me so that I can be baptised as I'm struggling to find a local church that follows God and not the world if that makes sense. 4 directions to taking Gods word:
1. Give attention to My words
(Give the Bible your undivided attention, no distractions)
2. Incline your ear (bow your ear/head, it represents humility. Teacher > student. Wanting to learn, be teachable)
3. Do not let them depart from your eyes (FOCUS on the word of God. Don’t be distracted by other things that contradict the word of God. Guard your ear & eye gate)
4. Keep them (instructions) in the midst of your heart (Guard your heart with the word of God)

All this together is hearing. Hearing faith.
