Hi! As a former BBW worker, you can return/exchange anything you didn’t like. Your candle that was broken you can go to the store and find the same one (or a different scent you like) and exchange it for free! Same thing with the sanitizers, if you don’t like the scent of the icicles you can go in the store to exchange them for 5 different scents or you can stock up on another scent. Just bring your online receipt if you can. If you threw it away just let a worker know you want to exchange when you walk in and they can still do it for you they just need some type of ID to scan (to make sure you aren’t exchanging something that’s been exchanged more than twice). Hope this helps!
