How To Cartwheel on Roller Skates, on Transition!

Some tips and drills on how to develop cartwheels on transition for ramps, bowls, etc. Not comprehensive, but I hope it helps you along your jouneys!

I think trick is more easily acquired when:
- there is mobility and flexibility in the wrist/forearm, groin, + shoulder muscles (for general cartwheel positioning)
- core muscles (for snapping legs down during the landing)

As with anything, patience is a helpful friend. I'd recommend taking breaks when feeling frustrated or stuck. Come back to the challenge when feeling refreshed and inspired. 😊

Great job on this video it really helps. Funny ending. I dropped in a deep bowl once. ...not a good idea for beginner🙄 i pulled a hamstring and busted me knee. I should have slid in like you did lol. Keep up the great videos!
