If you want to improve your psychological knowledge in a way that is more fun than just studying and trying to memorise, I recommend reading a popular science book. You will be surprised how often the ideas in these books pop up in your actual course! And you’re far more likely to actually understand these ideas having read about their wider context.

My top 10 psychology(ish) books for psychology students.

Thank you so much for all of these! My final exam is in a few hours and I've been watching all of these over the past few weeks. I wish I'd discovered them sooner, but eitherways I'm so glad to have taken and learnt from psychology- thank you for being part of that!

Hello,
I’ve been watching these summary topic videos for a while now, and have been using them for note making.
Today I got my ucas exam results back for the first paper ( social, memory, and attachment).
I managed to get 98 percent, way better than anyone else, and when I say in class there are people far better than me I am not lying, and it is all testament to these great videos you make.
I genuinely would have been lucky to get an A by just using the textbook!
I was wondering if you were planning on uploading any more summary videos on paper 2 and 3, as Idk what I’ll do without them!
Also my teacher seems to think grade boundaries go up in decades with 90 percent being an A*, however on the aqa website it is nowhere near as high as this. I am just conscious because my teacher told me I did quite a lot worse on paper 2, so was wondering as tho whether you would be able to confirm this right of wrong.

Thank you !

hello, i realise this video is a bit older and im not sure if you've done an updated one but antisocial personality disorder is abbreviated to ASPD not APD- APD is auditory processing disorder, just thought i'd highlight it incase you were unaware as someone could become confused :) great video

Hey, Is this all that I need to know for my exams? I have actually been a bit behind on psychology so hence I'm aiming for a if I'm lucky i'll get a B but i don't have the time to make detailed notes so I was wondering if i could answer a 16 Mark question using these notes from these short revision videos.... :)

(just me noting stuff when I come back to this tomorrow)

As other techniques are used alongside profiling, it's difficult to assess the success of the profiling itself

12:57 u see the last eval point for cognitive explanations, would u say that it is alpha bias or beta bias?

FYI your actual "playlist" name is labelled as PAPER 1 for forensic psychology and not Paper 3. Please rename to avoid confusion!
