Question about the Epax e10 door hood and the resin vat. From seeing it in the back ground it appears to have extremely tight fit going through the door. How are you liking the door on the hood? The build plate seems fine unless doing a tall print and have large hands.

Great review! How do you cure large prints ? - EPAX E10 4K is 250mm build volume. Any cure and wash stations that would work ?

How about the plastic molded build plate? I read that some people are having issues in keeping the plate leveled.

Excellent video please could you help me with one advice I was searching for a 4k printer that I can use for minis and for peces more bigger like the examples in this video. I dont know if a need a mini phrozen 4k for the small ones and this epax for the bigger peaces. Do you belive that this machine can do all the job with small and more bigger pieces?

I picked up the Phrozen Sonic Mighty for $500 + $150 shipping. This machine is speced similarly and is $700 + shipping and it appears there's a $40 off coupon code, so probably around a $100 difference in cost. I'm satisfied with my purchase but had this been the case I might have gotten the Epax over the Phrozen. Good to see the cost falling so fast and how long will it be before 8K resolution?

I like the not-Yoda and look forward to printing it on my new machine.

Have you had the grid issue on E10 and do you think it's a big problem for Epax E10?

I just got mine today and found out they dropped the price from 799 to 739 I hope they adjust the price. Also when raising or lowering the build plate there is a clicking sound. I did not receive the regular cover just the special cover that you build. Weird.

I'm thinking about getting this as my first printer, is that a bad idea? I know I want an Epax and I want to be able to print bigger things than the x1 or e6 plates allow. Also does epax sell a screen protector or do I need to look into it on Google?

I had a rostock max v3 which i produced really rough 3d stuff with but was never happy with the output limitations of what the fusion printer could do - no fault of rostock - it was just a limitation of the medium/technology - even after a couple years of tweaking it was just not the finish quality I was excited about and I'd end up paying for printing of work by others with other technology. I bought the E10 as my first SLA printer. THRILLED with the E10 output and the SLA output in general is night and day and more appropriate for the things I wanted to prototype and use. And the out of the box settings were near flawless as you mention.
