We've made it to Idaho and have a glorious time exploring the Sawtooth Wilderness.
A short stay in Ketchum is followed by a week in the lovely little town of Stanley, Idaho -- full of incredible hikes and plentiful camping!

Nice to see you all back in the Sawtooth area. I have been there, boondocked near Stanley Lake, hiked to Sawtooth Lake and several other places. Very beautiful but also rather crowded. Thanks for being respectful about your friend's campsite.

Stanley certainly offered postcard perfect images .... not to mention the relaxing sounds! .... the babbling creek ...pretty whirr from the beautiful bird. Loved this one!

PS Just this week, the evenings are starting to get chilly here in Upstate NY too. It has been a warm.... hot, relatively rain free summer so I enjoy sitting on the lawn chair with a blanket, watching the numerous hummers feed & frolic every evening.🙂💕

What were the temps at night? Here we are at the high 80s at night.
