Cole, im not sure which version gopro you are running, but there is a small mod that allow's you to run a Sony external Mic while still having the waterproof case on the camera and hence the mounts. There are tutorials on how to do this and from the video's others have posted using this mod its awesome. I love the "shotgun" view's you put up but the tin-can sound from the gopro's built-in mic is awful and is really a turn off. No bashing on you here, Love your videos!. Maybe it's something you could do to 1 camera case when you run it in the cockpit. Those built engines really deserve the best sound quality you can give them! I read some other comments about the sound quality that you have replied to and the way this mod works is you have the mic directly attached to the waterproof camera case, you just plug in the mic, snap the case closed and you are done. No wireless mic to mount someplace, no wires to mess about with. Hell, if you aren't worried about a rig flipping over into some mud and submerging your expensive go-pro camera in water, try this out. Better GoPro Sound with the Sony ECM DS70P

I like watching him drive and this is a total troll statement, but come on man... Shoulder harness is there for a reason. He is bouncing around like hell in his seat, put those straps on so you can stay in place.
