First, thank you for the video. That solved one issue, but it brought up a question. When I look at my firewall rules, I see what I believe to be redundant rules. For example I have a rule on the wlan that allows all between the wlan and the wlan. I also have individual rules for http, https, and ssh management, wlan to wlan, and yet another rule for ping, wlan to wlan. With the all rule in place, am I correct in assuming that the other rules are redundant?

I see a lot of this in the firewall. It may be the OCD side of me, but I would just assume clean out any of the redundancies and make the whole thing a easier to read through quickly. If I get to the point where I need protocol level granularity, I can create rules at that level, but for now it seems I am only really using all and deny.

Also, I wonder if you may not get a wee bit more performance out of the unit if the firewall rules are cleaned up.
