I have an acne-prone skin and sensitive skin. I'll tell what worked for me in controlling it.
I ate less sugar and prepared at my own house with nutritious foods.
I also consumed nuts, seed varieties, and tender coconut to stay cool.
I tried to stay relaxed and not worry excessively. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every other day. I always put up my hair and consumed lots of water. I stopped contacting my face too much. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.
