Hey guys! I’ve been gone from Youtuve for a while... I’ve been dealing with boy problems, a bad break out, stress from working so much and just everyday struggles that I’m trying to overcome. I haven’t felt my best to put out content; I always want to be my best for you all. Thank you all for still sticking around and also thank you very much to my new subscribers! I do have more videos to come, but I have to put my mental and physical self in order first. You can always message me on my social media, I always reply! -Isaac

Hey! I recently just graduated from high school and I'm having an extremely difficult time making a resume for a cashier position at Coach. I don't have ANY job experience! I've been an instructor for tae kwon do, but it was for volunteer hours, not to get paid. I'm struggling with what to type in the "experience" section. I'm thinking of putting in my volunteer cash box operator experience for Key Club (from high school), but I feel like that wouldn't be very professional, but it's the only cashier-related experience I have. Another thing I want to ask is how you made your cover letter. It is my first time making both a resume and cover letter, so I'm not sure what I should put. Also, what kind of questions should I expect from the Coach interview?

I love how you genuinely care and truly want to help and strive for the best! I also have acne, and I'm scared it might affect my chance of getting accepted for this job (on top of no job experience), but I'd rather try and learn from failure than not try and learn nothing!

You're such an approachable friendly person. I would have LOVED to have you as my CA! I've been loving LV's since early 2000's. Hubby encouraged me to apply for a job since I am so passionate about the brand. It's great to hear that someone in the comment section got a job w/o previous retail experience. I've taught piano for decades. It would be nice for a change to do luxury retail. Thanks for this video. I'm gonna put together my resume and see how it goes. BTW, ignore trolls and haters. Embrace those who appreciate you. :-)

hello alohaike, sorry about my following bad English because I am Chinese . Thank you for sharing so much valuable experience with us. I am really into LV client advisor and I received a phone call from their HR team about two weeks ago. She asked some basic questions and she told me to wait for the call for the face to face job interview from one of their shop. I am still waiting for the call for the job interview and I am so worried about it. Is this normal for taking so long? OR It just means they don't interested in me, should I keep waiting?

Thank you for your video🙏🏻 I think you're amazing and honest, and you are beautiful. I worked in beauty for a long time and I can tell you, your ur skin doesn't matter it's a situation if you work on it, use the right products, it's going to better, and definitely your skin is not you.
I just applied for a Team Manager position in Louis Vuitton I think it's going to be online interview, thanks for COVID, any advice or difficult questions that you remember? thanks bless you ✨🙏🏻✝

Thanks for the tips, I'm interviewing for a few positions at LV this week. I've worked in luxury retail for a few years and one piece of advice I can pass on to you from the pov of a hiring manager is that first impressions are very important. I'd recommend having responses ready for story based questions, taking your time to respond, asking thoughtful follow up questions at the end of the interview and taking care of your skin asap, you don't want to give management any excuse not to hire you especially when interviewing for competitive positions dozens of people are applying for. If they're deciding between two candidates both equally skilled but one has a more polished appearance or a cover letter, they are going to go with the them because it reflects on the brand. It sucks to hear, but in high end retail where you'd be the face of the brand they look for people who look polished. Not a hater, just thought I'd offer you some helpful insight from the other side of the interview process. Good luck!

1:27 what do you mean by "someone like me"? Also I don't get it, there is another video in my suggestion list "Louis Vuitton didn't hire me and I'm okay with it"? Are you working for LV or not?

Hey! Louis Vuitton is one of my favorite things on earth and it's a dream for me to get to work for the company and you've been a guiding hand for me. I don't have any experience with retail however I do have is great experience with luxury hotels. What do you think would be more valuable for them someone who worked 2 to 3 years at H&M or someone that has great experience with luxury environment, costumers etc.?
