Are the numerous "rapture dreams" seen today ALL from God? Is Jesus really coming back "ANYTIME now" or is He coming on a specific date as some say?

HOW do we tell the TRUE from the FALSE "dreams from God". And what is the biblical attitude and response for Christians in awaiting the coming of Jesus Christ?

Do you know why I embraced Christianity? It is because I watched every rapture dream on YouTube and I picked up a bible became baptized and embraced Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.

I've seen these type of videos for 10 years now. Just scrolling and seeing the titles of these videos, I feel like I'm scrolling through Loch Ness monster videos. (Or bigfoot). I'm a believer and I wonder how many are just making stuff up just to be in the "prophetic incrowd".

Great lesson! I love how you brought up the scriptures for all to see and read for themselves! I'm surprised you didn't continue down 2nd Peter, as it has some wonderful insight that ties in with the other scriptures you brought up here!

Continuing with 2Peter chapter 3, at verse 10-12 (KJV): But the day of the Lord will come was a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

A portion of that text that stands out in my mind is: 'What manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness', in my mind, this is Peter posing the question to believers, when Christ does return, and the earth is destroyed, where will our walk with Christ be? He poses that question; are our tongues speaking blessings unto others? Have we given up cursing and course jesting? Are we walking in Godliness? It is written that the LORD says "Be Holy, for I am Holy." God wants us to be reformed, a changed being, repentance is not just turning away from sin, but replacing sin with righteousness! Acts that are pleasing to God according to his Holy word! This ties in with the parable of the 10 virgins, as the 5 virgins did not make any effort to walk in godliness. This is not to say our acts of holiness will save us, as those acts are nothing without Jesus, but throughout the scriptures you'll see that we are to conduct ourselves in a way that is pleasing to God, that we are to be guided by the Holy Spirit! This is what brings glory to God! Jesus delays his coming as in 2Peter 9, so that none should perish! He loves each and every one of you, and is waiting for that moment when you surrender yourself to Him and strive to do the good works in which brings God glory and fill your lamp with oil!

We should protect ourselves from such people. I know a channel named heshkinah saying her nine year old had a rapture dream but as i saw one of her videos and i saw her daughter was talking about the illumanati. Which is completely unbiblical. And another video on where i commented and she said she rebuked my comment in Jesus's name this is how people act religious we should put on the armour of god people!!!

Ok so I just watched this dude on YouTube… I won’t say his name, but he always calls himself giving out prophetic words from God. He said that the Lord (he said God, then The Lord Jesus Christ) told him about the rapture “20 years maximum is what we have left, because today is the day of our salvation.” And said that people are prophesying that our children won’t make it to adulthood. Putting it in retrospect I’m 20, so in 20 yrs I’ll be 40 and my children if I have any by then won’t make it to adulthood. It kind of has caused me fear and anxiety. Should I definitely stop following him?

Doesn’t the Bible says as there were false prophets among the people so are liars with us now; the wheat and weed mixes till He comes to harvest. Hasn’t the Lord given us discernment? The sheep knows the voice of the shepherd and can’t be deceived. The sheep that follows the liars were already destined for condemnation. You obviously need to focus yourself on sincere repentance and absolute righteousness. King of king is coming for a bride with zero sin, spotless and without stains. Repent and be alert all the time.
