WHO AM I?
I have spent most of my life thinking about how to optimize productivity in pursuit of self-development. I have an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, a medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and residency-training at a Harvard-affiliated hospital. I am now a board-certified doctor practicing in the US. This entire channel is dedicated to the art and science of learning, productivity and success. Fun fact, the eurika moment comes to us quite often when we on the toilet or in the shower cause its usually THE ONLY time (for someone perhaps even this isnt true) when we now sitting in our phones. Therefore the only time when our brain is not engaged in any sort of distraction

Great video. Do you have any tips on finding motivation for learning things that seem out of context, for example learning a math equation that you get presented at random without knowing why it is, what it represents or where it is used at all?
