REV'IT! Sand Pro Gloves Review
The REV'IT! Sand Pro gloves are a new category for REV'IT! and offer beefed up protection over the Sand glove. The Sand Pro gloves use a special leather that provides abrasion and supple feel like nothing we've seen before. The Pittards WR100X Hairsheep Diamond is leather that comes from a special type of sheep that is then treated to be water resistant and be softer than any deerskin gloves we've ever seen. For stretch, flexibilty and abrasion resistant, it stands alone. The other new standout feature on the Sand Pro gloves are the unique knuckle treatment that provides impact protection but moves and bends with the hands. The knuckle armor also provides better airflow and offers more coverage than the standard hard protector. The Sand Pro gloves are purpose built to be comfortable, protective and extremely durable. Offered in 5 colors that stand alone or mate with the new Sand 2 jacket and come in sizes S-4XL.

It's a little early in the season to say what our favorite glove is for Spring 2013. When we launch our Spring Gear Guides, we will certainly call out our top picks. ~Ali

The REV'IT! Dirt glove fit a bit wider across the knuckles and was one of the first gloves from REV'IT! with a more "American" fit. The Sand Pro has a soft knuckle and definitely fits more generous. I would suggest sticking with the size Medium in this glove. I think the Dirt has better protection, but the Sand Pro uses some cool materials, like the hairsheep leather and the flexible knuckle protection. ~Ali

Most comfortable gloves I've ever owned. I hope they keep making these for a long time because I'm a fan for life. And they come in ORANGE!

Anthony, quick question form Argentina (south america).
We have some cold weather so i was wonder if this glove will be good for some cold temperatures?, not saying below 0º but if the glove can handle some cold will be awesome.
Also you talk about the water resistant material, so works good with some rain?

Thanks and is allways good to watch your reviews, really clear, simple and helpful.

Anthony this review gives me a couple questions... You made a couple statements...
"This is my favorite new Gloves for Spring 2013... from Rev It."
"This is the most comfortable glove... from Rev It."
SO... What is your favorite new Glove and most comfortable glove - from anyone?

I currently wear a medium for the Dirt glove and it fits me well (if not slightly long in the fingers). What size would you recommend for the Sand Pro.

Also I like the beefiness of the Dirt (as opposed to the Sand). How would you say the Sand Pro stacks up in this area?

This glove does look really nice.

Btw do you have any recommendation for riding gear in hot country (Thailand) where its about 25-38c (77-95f) through out the year? heat is really the problem here :(

Thanks for the great review!

Did I understand correctly? Is the whole glove water resistant?
So it will keep you dry on light drizzle but not on heavy rain?

Hi Revzilla, what is the circumference of Anthony's hand? I have a 9.5" or 24cm measurement around the knuckles - just wondering what his is so I can gauge off his sizes. Thanks
