For your puppy: I would not let him eat/drink past 7pm and take him to the bathroom right before you go to sleep. Also play with him in the evening and get him good and tired. Let him run around as much as possible. That way he will sleep through the night.

Have you ever thought of using a sound machine in the kids room? I use one for mine or I play Bible verses on the tv while they sleep. This not only gives some background noise for them so I don’t have to tip toe around the house but it helps them sleep all night. Total game changer! You should give it a try.

Try taking the dog on a full walk later in the evening or even play fetch in the backyard right before bed so he's wore out. Then a quick potty break right before you go to bed. He gonna be TIREEDD.

I wash clothes every other day. And I add towels to separate the clothes so I don’t feel like I’m just folding clothes all the time. Folding towels are easier to me. This helps cut down on the laundry for me in my household
