Update: Mod: more realism AND more profit. The production page in the menu shows the tomatoes stored 'in production' only, NOT including the tomatoes stored on the pallets outside the greenhouse, so:
 
mod: 12 pallets outside x 500L = 6, 000 L + 193 L (in production) = 6, 193 L
vanilla: 2 pallets outside x 500L = 1, 000 L + 452 L (in production) = 1, 452 L

With 4, 741 L more of tomatoes at an average price of 900 (for 1000L) it will cover the extra costs for seeds and fertilizer / manure easily.

So Mod version: more realism and more profit !!
