Salad with funchose
Larsha for funchose - 150 grams
400 grams of chicken breast
black pepper
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 carrot
1 cucumber
Cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
vegetable oil for frying vegetables.
Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cilantro
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon wine vinegar 6% or 9%
salt to taste
2-3 cloves of garlic
Separately fry the onion, carrot and pepper. The vegetables should remain al dente. Pour boiling water over the funchose (Chinese glass noodles), leave for 8 minutes, rinse well with water. Fry the chicken breast over high heat until slightly golden brown, the breast should remain juicy (you can pepper the chicken breast).
Combine all the ingredients, pour the sauce, mix well and leave for 1 hour.
