I have one small question is that for Queensland regional for small business pathway of Queensland pathway 1 ($100, 000) stream for the employee hiring does the employee whom I hire must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident? Or else can i hire an employee actually who is an Australian resident also is living for couple of years legally in Australia ?

Sir please guide, My spouse is currently employed in the mining industry in remote South Australia, and he has received state nomination for 190 Employment stream. We completed everything, including filing the visa and obtaining the BVA. We are currently awaiting the 190 grant. Meanwhile, can my spouse relocate to Adelaide and work in the same role he currently holds? Will there be any visa challenges as a result of moving to the city from an outer region?

What's the point of this small business visa if you have to pass the skilled assessment... and being only able to apply onshore is just inconvenient... the majority business owners' best interest is to be able to apply from offshore anyways... this visa is a complete bollocks
