Paris attack near Eiffel Tower leaves one dead and two injured | BBC News

A man has died and two others, including a British man, have been injured in a knife and hammer attack on a street in central Paris.

The attack occurred near the Eiffel Tower shortly before 21:00 local time (20:00 GMT) on Saturday.

A 26-year-old French national known to security services has been arrested and anti-terrorism prosecutors have opened an investigation.

This is what Islam brings. You don't hear Hindus yelling "Brahma is the greatest" while exploding, stabbing or shooting their way through the streets of London or Paris. You don't hear Sikhs yelling "Guru Nanak is the greatest", it's always "Allahu Akbar" that accompanies these atrocities. The Quran and Hadith are full of barbaric, violent, primitive tribal warfaring ideology, and that is why they inspire such acts far more often than other religions do. Europe should follow Poland and Hungary's lead i.e. recognize that this ideology is poison and incompatible with other societies, and shut the doors on it. Probably too late for some countries.
