I have the game running at Normal settings with Shadows, Reflection, Post Processing, Tesselation, Water and Grass set to High or Very High and in Story Mode I get a locked 60. I also recommend locking to 45 instead of 40, 45 feels leagues smoother while being practically the same for battery.
