Odoo Apps - Recruitment Requests/Approvals | Odoo 15

1. Key features of "Recruitment Requests/Approvals"
* This module allows Department Managers to submit requests for new employee recruitment. Once approved, the requests will be transferred to HR Department for the recruitment process.
* On the app view:
- Show the Recruitment Approvals menu on the Recruitment app and auto-create the Recruitment Approval type on the Approval app. Make it easier for the manager on the approving, and tracking process.
* Create approval request for the managers to approve:
- The department manager creates a recruitment request for the department's positions and then submits it to the manager for approval.
* Track the recruitment process:
- Allows the recruitment managers and the request creator to track the recruitment progress:
+ Number of applicants;
+ Recruited employee;
+ Recruited rate compared to the needs.
