My dad passed away a year ago. One of the last few games we watched while he battled cancer was this one. He was a university of Richmond grad but we both loved seeing Virginia schools win. God bless!

I'm nearly 60 and have watched tens of thousands of hours of all sports. I have seen hundreds of incredible moments. But Virginia's redemption is the greatest "moment" ever in sports for me. And the miracles against Purdue and Auburn made the ride even better.

It’s crazy how free throws can make or break a game. If Virgina would have missed one they would have went in overtime. If Auburn knocked down their second they could have still went in overtime. Gotta love March Madness!

What Tony Bennett has done with this program is nothing short of amazing. He puts the student first in student/athlete. Not only a great coach on the court but just today turned down a raise for himself to give more money to his assistants but also gave $500, 000 to an endowment for players to prepare for careers outside of basketball after graduation. We're proud to have him as not just a basketball coach but as a leader for our community and a role model for all of us.
