One thing to consider about the Mind Flay macro is that it is more suited for PvE imo (Maximum Efficiency). If you are Mind Flaying an opponent and they are moving out of LoS, you want a fresh Mind Flay applied at the last second before they disappear around that corner so you do the maximum damage while they are out of LoS (same applies if they are moving out of range).

I am using these macros but the spells won’t cast when I dismount. All that happens is I get dismounted when I click the macro. Then I have to click it again to use the spell.

Love these marcos! I usually have all my action bars to have all my spells set up, but I didn't realize you could have so many modifiers for these. I will have to try them out. 2 other macros I always used though was /target [tanks name] fill in the tanks name with well you guessed it, as well as, /assist [tanks name]. In vanilla, because aggro is harder to manage, it was known to always assist the tank so you don't accidentally pull aggro from other mobs. I didn't have the mouse over macros set up so having the /target macro, it helps always re-target the tank if needed.

In vanilla you could cast a holy spell while in shadowform and it would automatically take you out of shadowform. no need to cancel the aura
