I had that same problem, but I used System Restore and it all went back to normal. It worked for me.

Very good explanations.Those 'rip-offs' at PC WORLD's KNOW HOW should have explained to  me go and restore my pc to factory settings after it was invested with a virus, instead by following this simple procedure they erased all my installed software and still charged me £50.This very simple procedure cost me £50 at PC WORLD.Please only go to PC WORLD for what you can't find answers on youtube or other places on the internetThank you very much Britec.

When I click  Advance Tools, it says Startup Repair instead Automatic Repair. So, I click on Startup Repair and It says that Startup Repair couldn't repair my PC and it says Press Advanced Tools to try to repair my pc or shut down my pc and it says: Log File:  
What can I do?
