in this video i have shown how to resize an image in Microsoft paint program. not only the size is reduced but dimensions are also reduced to a passport size which is required in so many documents. Making a 2x2 photo is too easy now with few clicks. just use the method shown in this video and create passport size image on your own without any complex software.

How will 192 x 192 pixels yield a 2" x 2" photo when a good quality photo requires 300 DPI (dot, i.e. pixel per inch) and the minimum is 150 DPI?

re-sizing is good but when you print, it does not come as a Passport size pic
