Hi. I have two resource blocks for lifecycle management of blobs for dev and int environment respectively. Apply dev also tries to implement the int resource as well. How to avoid that.

Immutable stage resource will destroy mean, we facing data loss issue right. how to handle . ex: if you are change VM or instance type or any other change, in this stage we facing data loss.

we did some change in config file, it will destroy the previous resource (IP or Resource Group) but id is unique so we facing some connectivity issue ? because we mapped any one of compute resource or backup resource .

The line "prevent_destroy=true" does it interact with "terraform_apply" or it only interacts with "terraform_destroy"
