Studio xps 16 (1640 and 1645) RGB Screen Flash

My replacement rgb screen for my studio xps 16 laptop flashes for about 5 minutes then stops or sometimes stopps with a blank screen. My video card is not bad and this screen has done this on 2 machines even when connected to an external monitor which when the screen wiggs out on the built in monitor the external one functions just fine which shows the video card isnt the part at fault. I cant find the reason other than some rgb screens work and some dont and my previous one did so time to send it back lol.
