Spex•Crete™ 450 Lightweight Concrete Underlayment Demo Floor Install Mixes Pumps and Smoother Finish with Ease!
Here is a demo floor install using Spex•Crete™ 450 Lightweight Concrete Underlayment. This underlayment weighs only ~40 pounds per cubic foot (~640 kg/m3), or just ~7 pounds per square foot (~34 kg/m2) at 2" (5.08 cm) thickness of pour. It mixes and pumps easily, can be leveled with a gauge rake and smoothed if desired. It is ideal as an underlayment for floor leveling, lightweight concrete void fill for floors or roofs and it is designed to be capped.
Spex•Crete™ 450 has excellent working time and a compressive strength of over 425 psi (~2.9 MPa).
