Corn Dosa
Ingredients

Cooked Corn kernels - 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Besan flour - 1 cup
Water
Piece of Ginger
Green chili - 1 no.
Onion - 1 no.
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Ghee/oil

Method:
2. Mix ginger, green chili, onion, cumin seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Check for seasoning.
3. If the batter thick dilute with water. Batter should be dropping consistency.
5. Add ghee/oil to the corn dosa.
Tasty and crispy corn dosa is ready taste!

It's more like a chilla..can we add rice flour to the mixture to make it more crisper

I tried it. The taste was really awesome. But I can't flip the dosa. Where I am wrong? When grinding or when adding besan?

Looks like very soft and need to take out dosa very carefully. So not good. Better add lil greengram dal n get cristy dosa😊
