a way i remember the flow of ions in the nervous system is by thinking that the sodium potassium pump is REALLY selective about the + ions it lets in, it doesnt want to let in too many of them.
so Na+ ---> Nah, and 3 of them go out.
K+ ----> oKay, and 2 of them come in.

I missed the chat! I use CC to teach A&P so thank you very much for your awesome content. I have a question: why does the right side of the heart have the Tricuspid valve & the left has the Bicuspid. Why are they different?
