I know what it was like being taken advantage of when I was in high school. I wouldn't necessarily call myself a nerd but I kind of had a similar situation like that. Looking back on it now I am glad that I didn't get a girlfriend because it was hard but it was worth it.

Sadly, this is the way that some people are treated - even when they become adults. Others just choose to humiliate people for the way that they look and/ or act. This can lead to Mental Health issues.
