Follow along as Monroe conversion kit part numbers 90023C1 and 90023C2 are installed on a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Designed for use on the 2007-2013 Ford Expedition and 2007-2013 Lincoln Navigator, please note that you'll need both part numbers to complete the conversion kit installation. You'll learn all the key steps:
1. Removal procedure for rear air strut assembly for 2WD and 4WD models
2. Installation of rear strut assembly
3. How to disable the air suspension warning and air compressor
To get started you'll need:
1. Torque wrenches (1/4" & 1/2" drive)
2. Hammer;
3. Sockets (27mm, 30mm)
4. Wrenches (27mm, 15mm, 30mm)
5. Pry bar
6. Charger to hook up to battery
7. Bi-directional scan tool (to dump air) – optional
8. Zip ties.
