These rich and buttery shortbread cookies are perfect for afternoon tea.
The Simple Lemon Glaze pairs really well with the Lavender Flavor.

Cookies
1 tbsp (12 g) Granulated sugar
1 tbsp (2 g) Culinary Lavender
1 cup (227 g) Unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (60 g) Powdered sugar / Icing sugar
2 cups (280 g) All-Purpose Flour

Lemon Glaze
1 cup (125 g) Powdered sugar / Icing
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
